Major Duties:
Assists the Member Services Department in completing operational assignments accurately and in an efficient manner. Processes mail and other member services transactions to fulfill member needs, opens new accounts, inputs loan applications, resolves problems, and provides assistance and information regarding products and services. Complies with all Credit Union rules and regulations, including BSA/AML/OFAC, and Loan and Fair Lending Policies.
Education & Experience:
One year to three years of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Able to operate a 10 key calculator, telephone, computer keyboard, and branch equipment. Proficient in MS Office products and the Internet. Familiar with mobile apps, digital banking, and social media. An ability to lift or pull up to 25 pounds (files, file cabinets, file boxes, etc.). Some travel required. Ability to function in a financial institution branch environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, fax, copier, telephone, postage machine, etc.
Salary and Benefits:
$18-20/hour with an opportunity to earn quarterly incentives.
